ESCO specialized in small and medium sized facility in city of yokohama

Abstract

The city of Yokohama has implemented ESCO project: Energy Service Company project on 26 public facilities since 2004, which cut the utility cost such as electricity, gas and water about 700 million yen a year. New alternative method to install more ESCO projects has been studied for further energy saving.
