Abstract
Pressure drop oscillation is a typical non-linear oscillation encountered in boiling-channel or gas-liquid two-phase flow system. This oscillation is a limit cycle oscillation well interpreted by van der Pol equation, being very tough against various disturbances. To destruct or to deform the attractor leading to chaos, it is necessary to add a certain control terms. This paper describes some trials aiming to destruct this strong attractor of the pressure drop oscillation in two-phase flow system.
