Activities of Research and Development Center of Smart Space Components and Systems for Creation of New Space Industries

Abstract

Recently small satellite and the use have been drastically developing and new space science, technology and business have been vigorously proposed and realized. In order to promote its new space activity and secure reliability with appropriate cost in Japan, we formed the research and development base of the smart space component and system creating a new space industry with the goal of a project support service offer while making space system development and the practical use. This paper reports an activity result for about three years (from August 31, 2018 to March 31, 2021) in the smart space base.
