Development of the Condition Monitoring Technology for Processing Assembly Plant

Abstract

There are the facilities which a conventional vibration diagnosis technology is hard to apply in the processing assembly plant. For these facilities, we developed in the condition monitoring technology using the sound method and the current method. Furthermore, we developed the removal method of the inverter noise that was the disincentive of the vibration diagnosis.
