Abstract

Flow rate changes around the resonance tube outlet of the thermoacoustic sound wave generator are described. Both flow rates and stream functions based on axial velocity amplitude are employed for confirming the flow rate changes here. The optimum propeller positions for wind power generation with the flow in the thermoacoustic sound wave generator have been observed previously. It is confirmed that they are almost equal to those analyzed by flow rates and stream functions based on axial velocity amplitude.
