Abstract
The overhead catenary vibration testing system, which could simulate the condition of overhead catenary on the real track and reproduce the oscillatory wave form was developed and introduced in order to verify durability of contact wire and metal fitting for fatigue and looseness caused by the vibration. By using this system, the vibration durability can be surely and efficiently verified, before the field trial is carried out.
