Abstract
We are developing the energy evaluation simulator which performs a public transportation running on digital maps in a computer as a selecting tool for urban transportation construction planning. Using the simulator, it is easy to calculate various running characteristics such as total travel time or total consumption of electric power of public transit systems traveling along routes specified on street map. In this paper, features of the simulator and calculated results are discussed.
