Abstract
Recently, various systems that use hot spring and industrial waste heat of comparatively low temperature area have been proposed. There is a binary cycle power generation system that generate power using conventional Rankine cycle that get energy from heat carrier and organic medium (HFC-245fa, pentane) with low boiling point. This paper describes feasibility study on installing the binary cycle power generation and the ground source heat pump systems into the hot spring facilities in Yamanashi Prefecture. As a result of this study, it is possible to install both system of the binary cycle power generation and the ground source heat pump system as combined heat utilization system.
