Abstract
The waste heat utilization has lately attracted considerable attention to efficiently use energy. The thermal energy of the exhaust gas is recovered by the heat recovery steam generator in the plant. However, the accumulation of impurities in the heat exchanger inside the steam generator and the fall in heat exchange performance are becoming to soot and dust are contained in the exhaust gas. In order to solve these problems, it is necessary to estimate the deposition behavior of impurities and the heat transfer efficiency. The purpose of this research is the quantitative deposition assessment of impurities and visualization of deposition behavior.
