506 Examination of the roundness in the ELID Centerless Grinding

Abstract

This paper describes a new centerless grinding method that developed of the regulation wheel with ELID system. In this study, detailed the regulation wheel were investigated to rubber type and metal-resin type bonded with ELID, and the roundness, surface roughness and straightness of the work piece. The result, the metal-resin bonded regulation wheel with ELID system could be achieved a good roundness and form accuracy surface roughness.
