Abstract
In order to estimate the collection efficiency of the cyclone dust collector, it is necessary to consider thc radial distribution or thc mechanical equilibrium particle size X_B depended on the mean inlet velocity Vo in the inlet pipcon steady flow state. However the rotational gas flow in the cyclone dust collector is not always the stady now state but also the pulsating flow state. Thereforein this paper, the authors discussed the effect of the frequency of the pulsating rotational gas flow to the behaviour of the mechanical equilibrium solid parlicle on the steady flow state.
