Abstract
Environment Protection and Customer Satisfaction concept is most interesting subject now a day. At the same time, information and communication technology is developing rapidly and they say that it is IT (Information Technology) revolution era now. Under these circumstances, transportation of cargo by motor vehicle takes major part in environment protection subject in the field of logistics business. We developed and report on planning system for motor vehicle transportation by using IT technology, whict realizes real time tracing and EAT (estimated arrival time) information service with suitable environment protection purpose.
