Abstract
This paper describes a method to stabilize friction torque of Cable steering system. At first, we clarified a problem for applying conventional tension adjustment system to the cable steering system. For the solution, we suggest a new tension adjustment system with damping force generator. We confirmed the effect of the system by simulation and bench test.
