Abstract
The purpose of this study is to construct route advice systems for people who often lose their way. We think that people who often lose their way can't get and make good use of information which used for navigating to a destination. To know what information people get and how use it when they navigate to a destination indoors, we analyzed the eye fixation behavior, the cognitive map, and interviews. And we characterized people who often lose their way. We suggested the route advice system which provides useful information for users and we examined whether it works well or not.
