Abstract
It is well known about the body elastic oscillation due to the rotational disproportion of the wheelsets and have been established the recommended values about the wheel rotational disproportion. However, on the light weighting of the car-body and the speed-up of the train, the oscillation with the beat phenomenon 'occurs, and there is the case that the actual measures are necessary. In this article, by formulating the beat phenomenon about car-body elastic oscillation, a plan of the measure is shown.
