Abstract
Wheel tread shapes change depending on the running mileage. Thus, we managed wheels of the Shinkansen trains with understanding correlation between running mileage and ride comfort. Recently, running condition is varied by speed-up and other reasons, we investigated the correlation between wheel tread shapes and ride comfort with focusing on changing of wheel tread shapes.
