Abstract

"High school days" are special. Interest in science and dreams for the future come closest. We will provide opportunities to come into contact with mechanical engineering through various channels at a sensitive time when enlightenment is most effective. The ultimate goal of this project is to build a “cycle of nurturing people”. “Technology is human”. Genome analyzers and quantum computers are not technologies. Technology is the people who create and use it. In order to continuously nurture “people who think for themselves, who involve others, and who continue to search for answers'” while making the most of the limited resources of local cities, we will build “three cycles”. (i) construction of a cycle of cross-generational education, (ii) construction of a cycle that connects the education and industry, and (iii) construction of a cycle that connects Gunma and the whole country. After 10 years from the start of the event, these cycles are starting to run effectively.
