Abstract
To investigate whether the effect of skin care cosmetics can be evaluated by measuring skin hardness and elasticity using resonance frequency change, emulsions for skin care cosmetics such as cream, a lotion, and a milky lotion, were applied to the skin, and the resonance frequency change and the water content of the stratum corneum were measured. From the resonance frequency change in fixed pushing load, there was correlation of the water content of the stratum corneum and skin hardness and elasticity, and it shows the possibility of evaluation of skin care cosmetics with resonance frequency change.
