Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of mechanical vibration stimulation with frequency of the biological rhythms upon human health promotion. Ten healthy persons were employed as subjects in the experiment. The subjects were laid in a state of the face up position and the mechanical vibration was added for 20 minutes. The given vibrations are 4 patterns such as sin-wave which frequency is relation with the biological rhythms. Various types of the physiological response were measured before, during, after vibration. The result showed that the some vibration patterns significantly increased sympathetic nervous system activity that stands or the mental stress value after vibration. The vibration stimulation of sin-wave related with the biological rhythms significantly increased a relaxation score of sensory evaluation. From these results, it was realized that the vibration stimulation activates the autonomic nervous and make human body lively. The vibration such as sin-wave that gives human body overactivity and relax is suggested.
