Abstract
To apply the needs of medical & welfare fields, we developed omni-directional walking rehabilitation machine with lift type load support mechanism that support patient's body. The patient who has difficulty on independent walking and the aged can also use it. They can train even by themselves. And the load of staff's will decrease. Moreover, there are switches that detect the fall down of user, so the safety is more increased. We report about the hardware and the system configuration of this walking rehabilitation machine. Future tasks are to execute the operation test on the medical fields to obtain the evaluation and feedback.
