Ceramic Coating for High Temperature Resistance and Nano-Structure Control

Abstract

Ceramic coatings are widely used for high temperature applications such as thermal barrier coatings on power generation turbine and aircraft engine. This paper describes recent researches on nano-structure control in ceramics coating technology by using electron beam physical vapor deposition (EB-PVD) process.
