Abstract
In the previous paper, we proposed harmonic displacement potentials method in the thin elastic plate theory. Then we can solve complicated multi-connected domain problems. In the present paper, we prsent an analytic solution for an elastic strip containing an elliptic inclusion under transverse bending at infinity.
