Issues and solutions in clinical trials for rare neurological diseases : from a regulatory perspective

Abstract

In this article, we introduce the recent efforts being made by Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency (PMDA) and Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW) for the issues, so–called ‘drug loss’ and/or ‘drug lag’, in Japan.
