Abstract
Treating fractures of the oral and maxillofacial region restores anatomy, form, and function. Because such fractures often result in a dysmorphic facial appearance and occlusal disorders following surgery, appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic methods are required.
We describe a case of mandibular malunited fracture treated using iliac particulate cancellous bone and marrow graft who was injured by a fall, and presented with a cross bite after returning uncertainties first open reduction and internal fixation.
