Abstract
Various kinds of dental implant treatment are in force as a result of defects and prosthesis. Under these conditions, I have come across a way called conscious-sedation. It has clear superiority over methods which make patients suffer surgical defects, long periods spent in dental chairs, and mental burden. Using intravenous sedation treatment when patients are anesthetized has good results in several cases. The patients don't have restraints on their respiratory system or interference with their circulation. They also don't feel nausea. It makes outpatient treatment safe and easy, especially for the patients who have difficult conditions. From this point of view it is a big help for implant operations.
