Abstract
Even if homogenous or allagenic tooth transplantation is successfully carriedout, transplated teeth are resorpted in time after operation. The fact is well known that the transplanted teeth are replaced by new bone while the long time observation. Using this phenomenon, clinical trial of grafting using frozen tooth paticles was preformed in the three caces with periodontal bone destruction. After grafting the frozen tooth fragments into the periodontal and periapical bone defect, radiopacity in the grafted region was gradually increased from the 3 th month to the 6th month.
