In recent years, clear progress has been made in the treatment and management of allergic diseases in children. The present age is considered to be a "patient-centered era". It is necessary to give due consideration to the patients' perspectives and individual lives in order to improve their quality of life. This is an era in which many situations can no longer be managed by doctors and medical technology alone, with partnerships between the medical side and the patient side more important than ever. Since medical progress is only recognized as true progress once it is reflected in clinical practice, we medical professionals must first understand the changes in the times in front of us. From the proposal, "from [cure] to [care]", we should make efforts to expand the support for multidisciplinary collaboration. We will manage a wide array of aggravating factors with a focus on patients and consider multifaceted approaches to treatment. True medical progress in modern times can only be achieved by sharing, giving back, and nurturing medical staff with an eye on our children's future based on advances in medical technology.
