Abstract
Morphological studies were carried out on the g ubernacular canal. This canal starts from the alveolar bone of the lingual side of the deciduous tooth and ends at the bony crypt of the succeeding permanent tooth. The plastic-embedded ground sections, cut at the facio-lingual direction, were examined microscopically.
