Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out factors by which mothers of handicapped children chose whether to be with their children while receiving dental treatment or not. The questionnaires from mothers of 42 handicapped children were examined.
Factors on the part of the mothers such as their views on the dental environment, their egogram, and the reasons of the mothers' behavior were surveyed.
