Abstract
As well known, a sheath potential or a wall potential exists between the plasma (or gas) flame and its surrounding wall, and it varies remarkably in accordance with the natures and dimensions of the so-called boundary layer between the plasma (or gas) flame and the wall. This report shows that the wall potential can be lead out in the form of A.C. or D.C. power by the cotrol of this boundary layer, and proposes the possibility of a new type of “Wall Potential Generator”.
