Abstract
Results of our preliminary experiment on the energy-analysis of energetic neutral particles are described. In our spectrometer the particles were first ionized by electron bombardment and then enery-analyzed. The method used here is applicable to measurements of energy distributions of low energy neutrals below a few hundreds eV as well as of higher energy ones.
