Abstract
We measured the energy distribution of the electron cyclotron resonance at 10 kMc microwave. We found that the resonance points shifted to the more intensive magnetic field than the one determined by ωb/ω=1 as the discharging current increased and also the half-width became the more broad. The effective collision frequencies were calculated by applylng the Oster's theory to our experimental results and furthermore these values were compared with ones obtained by microwave absorption and probe measurements. And we concluded that the cyclotron. radiation in the transparent plasma was took place under the effects of electron-ion and electron-electron collisions besides electron-molecule collision.
