Abstract
A Discharge phenomenon is one of the technological problems in fusion devices. Particularly, since the breakdown in a feeding circuit of a high power for wave heating of plasmas limits the available high frequency power, some knowledge of the discharges would be essential to design the feeder system. General explanation for high frequency discharges with and without magnetic fields is summarized mainly in vacuum, including atmospheric and low pressure gases.
