Abstract

Seven flavone C-glycosides (1－7) were isolated from the seeds of Glycyrrhiza uralensis for the first time. The structures of 1－7 were primarily identified using NMR spectral data analysis. Isoschaftoside (3) significantly activated AMPK expression in HepG2 human hepatoma cells compared to the control.
