Abstract

Effective elements of assistive devices for improving the quality of the user’s life increase the quality and concrete activities of daily living to enable users to live their lives in their own way. This paper describes the design of devices that gradually bring out the user’s potential to be self-sustaining and which reduce the burden on caregivers.
