Abstract
Phytohormone play critical roles in the major growth responses during plant development. We have already studied comprehensive transcript profiles of auxin, cytokinin, gibberellin, abscisic acid, jasmonic acid, ethylene and brassinosteroid-regulated genes in Arabidopsis. These data are useful for analysis of cis-elements in each plant hormone inducible genes and can confirm the relation between the gene expressions and physiological action of plant hormones. These microarray data that coordinated with plant physiological action were applied to profiling of chemical compounds function. Comparison of gene expression induced by phytohormone treatments between triazol compound treatments showed that Brz220 is specific inhibitor for brassinosteroid's action and have the weaker side effect.
