Abstract
How are genetically modified (GM) foods taught in high school education? What images of GM foods do high school students have? Here, I summarize and discuss the findings of my research on these two problems. I hope that the findings provide ways that can allow students to develop broad-minded and scientific viewpoints regarding GM foods.
