Abstract
In this project, we have developed the "KazusaAnnotation", which is an information system capable of integrating, storing, editing, analyzing, sharing, and displaying biological-referenced information on the genome. We are performing literature manual curation using our system, and also plan release a public beta version of the KazusaAnnotation for biologist in March. Moreover, we are developing some assist tools, which accelerate communication among biologists and building communities, sharing knowledge resources. These system help to hypothesis-driven investigation of the omics experiment and specific biological problems.
