Abstract
Transfer of fruit of basic research obtained by using Arabidopsis to useful plants is one of the important orientations of plant research. On the other hand transformation of useful plants still needs well-trained techniques and this situation makes it difficult to develop research from basic to more applied researches.
RIKEN PSC has started a research supporting system about transformation of useful plants by the help of transformation experts. We have already started supporting transformation of tomato, soybean and Brassica napus through this transformation network (TRANSNET) from last June. I will explain about the procedure to access to this TRANSNET.
