Abstract
3D laser scanner is utilized in plant measurement. The technique of being simply highly precise and compounding a high-density point cloud is required from a scanning position having much plant measurement for grasp of a pipe-line sequence or part arrangement. Much scanning position data can be registration with high precision, without installing a target. The test report of RIEGL RiscanPRO plug in software MSA (Multi Station Adjustment).
