Abstract
The amount of surveying contract has been remarkably increasing these days, and most of them are done with photogrammetric methods.
And it is very desirable to have the exact data on photogrammetric capacity of private agencies for planning and survey project.
Recently the survey Law has been changed to give the obligation all surveying agencies to register in survey registration which is kept by Ministry of Construction.
We have made some statistical analysis using these registration on number of agencies and registered surveyors employed by them, and number and types of surveying aeroplanes, survey cameras, plotting instruments and other surveying instruments.
The results are given in the tables for 1961 and 1962 (Showa 35 and 36 th year) .
