Practical use of Block Adjustment for Aerial Triangulation by means of medium electronic Computer

Abstract

Different methods of the block adjustment of aerial triangulation are investigated in several countries.
In our method we used an electronic computer, whose capacity is only 2000 words. The process was divided into four steps and the computation for the X, Y, Z directions were performed simultaneously. It took 3.5 minutes per model for computing.
It satisfied our requirements for accuracy for practical use.
