Abstract
A landslide near Urataguchi, western part of the Matsunoyama landslide district, Higashikubiki-gun, Niigata Prefecture, occured in August, 1962. The author measured amounts of displacement of the buildings, houses, etc. from the data of two topographic maps, drawn from aerial photographs which are taken before and after the beginning of the landslide. The results of measurement are shown in the contour map of amount of vertical and horizontal displacement. The shape and pattern of the landslide movements are considered based on the data of displacement and diffierences of minor relief between two photographs.
