Abstract
Aerial survey is indispensable to civil planning. Designer used to design and plan useing topographic map which is the product of aerial survey.
The planning process is shown as follows.
Shortly these process discribes
We intend to save the progress of work withait loss of the accuracy of areial survey. Proposed system is showr as follows.
Conclusion of this research are as follows.
1. It is easy to gather original DTM automatically.
2. It is easy to convert original DTM to mesh DTM for planning.
3. DTM files include not only contour lines but inf ormations which extracted from aerial photograph i.e. rivers, roads, land use and other important objects.
4. The accuracy of this DTM is almost same as one of topographic map.
5. If we have environmental informations in this file, we can achieve the most suitable planning.
