The differential (affine) magnification λ caused by the affine rectification has been assumed to be proportional to sinβ/sinaβ', where β and β' are easel tilts in the two-stage rectification. This assumption may be inadequate for the analytical orientation. The exact formula which expresses the relationship between λ and sinβ/sinβ' is derived in this paper.
