Abstract
In this study, a method of planimetry by analytical radial triangluation was presented, and its application to the forest survey was tried. That is the method to transfer analytically the image coordinates of the unknown points measured on the stereoscopic photographs to the plane coordinates on the theory of the radial-line method. With the use of computer, this method should be expected to be more effective to the planimetry work in forest survey than the graphic radial triangulation method.
