Abstract
The direct linear transformation method is useful for non-metric photogrammetry. It is one of disadvantages of this method that the meanings of the coefficients in projective transformation equations are difficult to understand. Whole relations between the coefficients and the orientation elements of a photograph are described. The relations between the coefficients in the 2-dimensional transformation equations and the orientation elements are also newly presented.
