Abstract
It was shown that nanodiamonds were easily formed from carbon film containing Si. The growth of diamond and beta-SiC is controllable by adjusting the heating temperature and the proportion of Si. Present result will develop a wide range of new opportunities for research and applications in the field of nanotechnology.
