All-Japan ground-based observation network for comet 9P/Tempel 1 at the Deep Impact consists of more than 20 researchers. We performed various observations at seven sites; Mitaka-NAOJ, Kiso observatory, Ishigaki site, Ogawa Observatory, Okayama Astrophysical Observatory, Lulin Observatory in Taiwan, and Keck & Subaru Telescopes in Hawaii. We will give a review of our results obtained so far, and introduce some preliminary interpretations on what we saw by the impact in this paper.
