Abstract
We have carried out direct imaging observations of circumstellar disks around Herbig Ae/Be stars at 24.5 micron using Subaru/COMICS. We have suceeded in resolving 5 circumstellar disks and found that "group I" disks proposed by Meeus et al. 2001 are likely to be spatially resolved in the thermal infrared. Since group I disks are supposed to be flared disks, warm region at disk surface layer that emits mid-infrared light should be more extended than the flat disks (group II). Such expectation is qualitatively consistent with observation trend.
